Measures

 

 

 

Purchase UOM

Enter the unit of measure this is used when purchasing the product from the supplier. For more information, see units of measure.

Base UOM

Enter the base unit of measure which is used when storing the product in the warehouse. For more information, see units of measure.

Units in a purchase unit

Enter the number of base units which are in a purchase unit. For more information, see units of measure.

 

Minimum Order Quantity

 

 

MOQ

Enter the supplier's minimum order quantity, I.e. the smallest quantity which can be purchased in a single transaction.

Increments

Enter the increment size above the minimum order quantity when purchasing the product for sale.  For example, the supplier might have a minimum order quantity of 100, then allow increments of 50. This will allow us to order 100, 150, 200, 250 and so on.

 

 

Costs

 

 

Currency

The currency use when buying the product. This is usually GBP, but may vary for products which are imported.

Unit cost

The unit cost to buy a single product.

Unit of Cost

ProDigi will calculate this field. It is the equivalent unit cost of the product in GBP. Normally it is the same as 2 above.

SRO/Agency

Select Yes if the product is being sourced through the Shanghai Resourcing Office, (SRO), or Indian Agency; otherwise select No.

Duty

If the product is not being sourced through SRO, but has duty to be paid on imports, select Yes here, otherwise select No.  If the product is being sourced through SRO, enter the tariff percentage here.

Landed cost

ProDigi will calculate and display the landed cost of the product, taking into account the entries above.

VAT rate

Select the VAT rate for the product; this is normally 0%, 5%, or 20%. For more information, see VAT rates.

Freight

If freight needs to be paid whilst importing of a product, select Yes.

Supplier Currency Landed Cost

ProDigi will calculate and display the supplier currency landed cost in GBP.

Cost break level 1

The first level at which a cost break occurs (optional). For more information, see price breaks.

Cost break level 2

The second level at which a cost break occurs (optional). For more information, see price breaks.

Cost break level 3

The third level at which a cost break occurs (optional). For more information, see price breaks.

Cost break level 1 price

The unit price for the product up to the first cost break level.

Cost break level 2 price

The unit price for the product up to the second cost break level.

Cost break level 3 price

The unit price for the product up to the third cost break level.
