Q: I can't see the attribute I need?
A: See attributes for a full understanding of how it works.
If you still need an attribute, please contact the Data Team who will set it up for you.
Q: What's the difference between a Pack and an Each? Which should I use?
A: ProDigi has replaced the previous 363 Units of Measure with just 2 - Pack (PK) and Each (EA). Please see the detailed guidance and examples to determine which to use for your product.
Q: If I do X, will it affect the product's Quality Score?
A: The Quality Score has been introduced to measure and encourage better quality and more complete product information, whilst recognising that some products (big ticket items, innovative products, special features, non-commodity) may deserve a lot of images, descriptions etc but others may not. Also note that it's virtually impossible to get 100%, and the grade boundaries have been set with this in mind. See how Quality Scores are calculated for a fuller understanding.
Q: How long will it take for the site to update?
A: During the day the update schedule typically runs every 2-3 hours. See web site update schedule for more details.
